The Bianconeri Bring In Former Italian National Team Boss Spalletti

The Old Lady have appointed previous Italy manager the veteran manager to take the helm until the end of the season.

Spalletti takes over from the Croatian manager, who was sacked following the loss to Lazio recently.

Tudor arrived at the club in March to replace Thiago Motta but left after seven months following a string of eight matches without a victory.

Spalletti guided Napoli to the Serie A crown in 2022-23 prior to assuming the Italy role, after the team's failure to reach the 2022 World Cup during Roberto Mancini's tenure.

He secured their spot in Euro 2024 but were eliminated in the round of 16 by Switzerland.

However, Spalletti was sacked by Italy in June post a qualifying defeat against Norway, as Italy faced the possibility of not making a third World Cup in a row.

Spalletti has also managed Inter Milan, Roma and Udinese in Serie A and won the Russian Premier League twice with Zenit St Petersburg.

Juventus were temporarily led by Massimo Brambilla during the 3-1 victory over Udinese on Wednesday moving them to seventh position in the league - six points adrift of Napoli at the top after nine rounds.

In the Champions League, they sit 25th in the league phase, after recording one defeat and two ties in the initial three fixtures.
